When I create a new secure volume, the system reports 1% (or more) usage, why not 0% ?

This is a Windows weirdness due to the fact that the formatting occupies some space on the drive.

I do not have administrator privileges on my computer. Can i still install SecretHelper ?

Unfortunately, for now you can't. The management of the virtual drive requires that you are an administrator on your machine. We hope to have a work-around for this in the near future.

How do I get a secure volume larger than 64 MB ?

You have to register your version.

I have lost my volume password, how do i recover it ?

Sorry, but in order to ensure maximum privacy, there is no way to revert a lost password.

Can I use SecretHelper to hide child porn videos ?

No. First of all, it would be in default of our software license agreement. Secondly, if SecretHelper encryption is strong enough for your family and colleagues, it won't resist a police investigation. So do not use our product for this activity. Better still: don't search for and watch this type of content.
